氨磺必利治疗精神分裂症对患者催乳素及糖脂代谢产生的影响研究

Effect of Amisulpride on Prolactin and Glycolipid Metabolism in Patients with Schizophrenia

目的:探讨氨磺必利治疗精神分裂症对患者催乳素及糖脂代谢产生的影响。方法:选取笔者所在医院2018年1月-2019年1月收治的精神分裂症患者100例,将患者随机分组,对照组给予利培酮治疗,研究组给予氨磺必利治疗,对比治疗前、治疗28、56 d后两组催乳素水平、糖脂代谢指数变化情况。结果:治疗前两组催乳素比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组催乳素水平均高于治疗前,但研究组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组糖脂代谢相关指数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗28、56 d后,两组IR、TG均高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗28、56 d后,两组IR、BMI、TG、TC指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:精神分裂症患者药物治疗中,以氨磺必利进行治疗,在催乳素水平的影响上较小,引起糖脂代谢的改变效果与利培酮相似。临床上治疗精神分裂症患者,为减少对患者催乳素及代谢影响,可使用氨磺必利药物治疗。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Amisulpride on prolactin and glycolipid metabolism in patients with schizophrenia.Method:A total of 100 patients with schizophrenia were selected from January 2018 to January 2019 in our hospital,the patients were randomly grouped,the control group was treated with Risperidone,and the study group was treated with Amisulpride.The changes of prolactin level and glycometabolism index before treatment,28 days after treatment and 56 days after treatment were compared.Result:There was no statistically significant difference in prolactin levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the prolactin levels in both groups were higher than those before treatment,while those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the correlation index of glycometabolism between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 28 and 56 days of treatment,the IR and TG in both groups were higher than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 28 and 56 days of treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in IR,BMI,TG and TC between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the drug therapy of schizophrenia patients,Amisulpride has little influence on prolactin level,and the effect of causing changes in glucose and glycometabolism is similar to Risperidone.In order to reduce the effect on prolactin and metabolism in patients with schizophrenia,amesulfopril can be used clinically.
