瑞舒伐他汀、纳洛酮和依达拉奉注射液三药联合治疗急性脑出血效果比较

Comparison of the Therapeutic Effects of Rosuvastatin,Naloxone and Edaravone Injection in Treatment of Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的:探究瑞舒伐他汀、纳洛酮和依达拉奉注射液三药联合治疗急性脑出血的效果及不良反应。方法:选取笔者所在医院2017年1月-2019年9月收治的105例急性脑出血患者为研究对象,随机分为A组、B组、C组,每组35例。A组给予依达拉奉注射液治疗,B组给予瑞舒伐他汀+依达拉奉注射液治疗,C组给予瑞舒伐他汀+依达拉奉注射液+纳洛酮联合治疗,治疗时间为14 d;比较三组临床总有效率及治疗前后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、Barthel指数评定量表评分、药物不良反应情况。结果:C组临床总有效率(91.43%)高于A组(57.14%)和B组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后三组NIHSS评分均低于治疗前,且C组NIHSS评分低于A组、B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后三组Barthel指数均高于治疗前,且C组Barthel指数高于A组、B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组均未见明显不良反应。结论:急性脑出血接受瑞舒伐他汀、纳洛酮和依达拉奉注射液三药联合治疗,可有效改善神经功能,用药安全性较高,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and side effects of Rosuvastatin,Naloxone and Edaravone Injection in treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage.Method:A total of 105 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage admitted to the author’s hospital from January 2017 to September 2019 were selected,and were randomly divided into three groups:group A,group B and group C,35 cases in each group.Group A was treated withEdaravone injection,group B was treated with Rosuvastatin+Edaravone injection,and group C was treated with Rosuvastatin+Edaravone Injection+Naloxone for 14 days.The total clinical efficacy,NIHSS score,Barthel index score before and after treatment and adverse drug reactions were compared.Result:The total effective rate in group C(91.43%)was higher than that in group A(57.14%)and group B(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS scores in the three groups were lower than those before treatment,and the NIHSS score in group C was lower than those in group A and group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Barthel index in the three groups were higher than those before treatment,and the Barthel index in group C was higher than those in group A and group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).No significant adverse reactions were observed in the three groups.Conclusion:The combination of Rosuvastatin,Naloxone and Edaravone Injection can effectively improve the neurological function of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage,and the drug safety is high,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
