精细化护理与临床护理路径在心血管介入导管室围手术期护理中的应用

Application of Fine Nursing and Clinical Nursing Pathway in Perioperative Nursing of Cardiovascular Interventional Catheterization Room

目的:探究精细化护理与临床护理路径在心血管介入导管室围手术期护理中的应用。方法:本次研究对象为笔者所在医院心血管介入手术患者587例,研究时间为2018年8月-2019年9月。采用抽签法将其分为参照组(293例)与研究组(294例)。参照组给予常规护理,研究组给予精细化护理与临床护理路径。比较两组并发症发生情况、心理状态、生活质量、护理满意度。结果:研究组并发症发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后研究组HAMA评分、HAMD评分均明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理后生活质量评分优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理总满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对心血管介入手术患者实施精细化护理与临床护理路径,有助于降低术后并发症发生率,改善焦躁、抑郁等负性情绪,改善生活质量,提高患者满意度,护理效果显著,可在临床推广及使用。

Objective:To explore the application of fine nursing and clinical nursing pathway in perioperative nursing of cardiovascular interventional catheterization room.Method:The subjects of this study were 587 patients with cardiovascular interventional surgery in our hospital from August 2018 to September 2019.They were divided into the reference group(293 cases)and the study group(294 cases)by lottery.The reference group was given routine nursing,the study group was given fine nursing and clinical nursing pathway.The occurrence of complication,psychological state,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,HAMA score and HAMD score in the study group were significantly lower than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life in the study group was better than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of fine nursing and clinical nursing pathway for patients with cardiovascular interventional surgery is conducive to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve anxiety,depression and other negative emotions,improve the quality of life,improve the satisfaction of patients,the nursing effect is significant,which can be promoted and used in clinical practice.
