简易填色游戏在儿科静脉输液中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨简易填色游戏在儿科静脉输液中的应用效果。方法:将2018年12月-2019年12月150例本院收治的静脉输液患儿按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组75例予以常规静脉输液护理,研究组75例在对照组基础上加以简易填色游戏。比较两组患儿输液依从行为评分、疼痛评分、输液过程的主观感受评分以及输液固定情况和输液无渗漏情况。结果:研究组输液依从行为评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组Wong-Baker笑脸量表评分和FLACC量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组输液过程的主观感受评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组输液固定率及输液无渗漏率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:简易填色游戏在儿科静脉输液中应用可提高患儿输液依从行为,降低疼痛程度,改善患儿输液主观感受,保证输液安全。 Objective:To explore the application effect of simple color filling game in pediatric intravenous infusion.Method:According to the random number table method,150 children with intravenous transfusion admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were divided into two groups.75 patients in the control group were given routine intravenous infusion care,and 75 patients in the study group were given simple color filling games on the basis of the control group.The scores of compliance behavior,pain,subjective feeling,fixation and non leakage were compared between the two groups.Result:The score of compliance behavior in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of Wong-Baker smiley face scale and flacc scale in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The subjective feeling score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The fixed rate and no leakage rate of infusion in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of simple color filling game in pediatric intravenous transfusion can improve the compliance behavior,reduce the degree of pain,improve the subjective feeling of children’s transfusion,and ensure the safety of transfusion.
