PDCA护理模式对白血病患儿家长家庭功能及情绪状态的影响

Influence of PDCA Nursing Mode for Family Function and Emotional State of Parents of Children with Leukemia

目的:探究PDCA护理模式对白血病患儿家长家庭功能及情绪状态的影响。方法:选取2017年6月-2019年5月62例白血病患儿家长为研究对象,随机分为对照组(实施常规护理)31例和观察组(在常规护理基础上实施PDCA护理)31例。比较两组护理前后家庭功能(FAD量表)及情绪状态(Zung量表)评估结果。结果:护理前两组FAD量表及Zung量表评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后观察组FAD量表及Zung量表评分均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA护理模式可显著改善白血病患儿家长的家庭功能及情绪状态,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective:To investigate the influence of PDCA nursing mode for family function and emotional state of parents of children with leukemia.Method:A total of 62 parents of children with leukemia from June 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the study object,and they were randomly divided into the control group(routine nursing)with 31 cases and the observation group(PDCA nursing on the basis of routine nursing)with 31 cases.Then the evaluation results of family function(FAD scale)and emotional state(Zung scale)before and after nursing of the two groups were compared.Result:Before nursing,the FAD scale and Zung scale scores of the two groups were compared,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After nursing,the FAD scale and Zung scale scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The PDCA nursing mode can significantly improve the family function and emotional state of parents of children with leukemia,and has high application value.
