MRI扫描在脑胶质瘤诊断中的应用价值研究

The Value of MRI Scanning in the Diagnosis of Glioma

目的旨在探讨MRI扫描在脑胶质瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法选取湛江市第二人民医院2016年1月至2018年6月收治的经手术、病理检查确诊的脑胶质瘤患者59例,所有患者均进行MRI扫描检查,对患者的临床、影像学资料进行综合分析,探讨MRI扫描在脑胶质瘤诊断中的应用价值。结果 59例脑胶质瘤患者MRI检查结果显示:脑胶质瘤Ⅰ~Ⅱ级22例,Ⅲ~Ⅳ级37例;手术、病理检查结果显示:脑胶质瘤Ⅰ~Ⅱ级20例,Ⅲ~Ⅳ级39例,MRI扫描对脑胶质瘤分级的诊断准确率为93.22%(55/59)。59例患者中,星形细胞瘤25例(42.37%),室管膜瘤14例(23.73%),少突胶质瘤11例(18.64%),脉络丛乳头状瘤9例(13.56%);手术及病理检查结果显示:星形细胞瘤26例,室管膜瘤13例,少突胶质瘤11例,脉络丛乳头状瘤9例,MRI对脑胶质瘤患者的诊断准确率为96.61%(57/59)。结论 MRI扫描在对脑胶质瘤诊断以及分级中诊断准确率较高,能为临床对脑胶质瘤的诊断治疗提供有效的影像学依据。

Objective To explore the application value of MRI scanning in the diagnosis of brain glioma.Methods 59 patients with brain glioma admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to June 2018 were selected after surgery and pathological examination.MRI scans were performed in all patients,and the clinical and imaging data of the patients were analyzed comprehensively to explore the application value of MRI scans in the diagnosis of glioma.Results MRI results of 59 patients with glioma show that grade gliomaⅠ~Ⅱ22 cases,37 cases Ⅲ~Ⅳ level.According to the results of surgery and pathological examination,glioma Ⅰ~Ⅱ level 20 cases,Ⅲ~Ⅳ level 39 cases,MRI scans in the diagnosis of glioma grading accuracy rate was 93.22% (55/59).Of the 59 patients,25 were astrocytomas (42.37%),14 were ependymoma (23.73%),11 were oligodendroglioma (18.64%) and 9 were choroid plexus papilloma (13.56%).The results of surgical and pathological examination showed that there were 26 cases of astrocytoma,13 cases of ependymoma,11 cases of oligodendroglioma,and 9 cases of choroid plexus papilloma.The diagnostic accuracy rate of MRI in patients with glioma was 96.61% (57/59).Conclusion MRI can provide effective imaging basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of glioma.
