摘要
本文通过对北方寒冷地区某既有居住建筑小区节能改造前、后的建筑能耗进行分析,依据《既有居住建筑节能改造技术标准》(DB13(J)/T74-2008)提出了针对该既有居住建筑小区的现有围护结构、建筑室内采暖系统、室外采暖管网及采暖热源的节能改造技术方案,阐述了既有建筑节能改造的意义及必要性,并对该既有居住建筑小区节能改造后的室内热环境、对环境的影响以及产生的社会效益进行分析和论证。
This paper analyzes the building energy consumption before and after the energy-saving renovation of an existing residential district in the cold area of north China.According to DB13J/T74-2008"Technical Standard for Energy-saving Renovation of Existing Residential Buildings",the main contents and technical schemes of energy-saving renovation are proposed for the existing enclosure structure,indoor heating system,outdoor heating pipe network and heating heat source of the existing residential building.This paper also expounds the significance and necessity of the energy-saving reconstruction of the existing building,analyzes and demonstrates the indoor thermal environment,the environment impact and the social benefits after the energy-saving renovation of the existing residential district.
