Survival and development of engineering cost consultation in the whole process of engineering consultation

本文从国家发展和改革委员会、住房和城乡建设部联合发布的《关于推进全过程工程咨询服务发展的指导意见》(发改投资规〔2019〕515号)入手,分析当前工程造价咨询企业面临的考验,结合以往工作案例,提出立足本专业,用更精湛的专业服务推动全过程工程咨询的发展。

Starting from the"Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Development of the Whole Process Engineering Consulting Service"(FGTZG[2019]No.515)jointly issued by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development,andcombined with the previous work cases,this paper analyzes the current challenges faced by the engineering cost consulting enterprises,andputs forward the tideof integrating the whole process of engineering consultationwith more exquisite professional services based on the specialty.
