制度建设视域下统一战线工作的逻辑演进

Logical Development of the Work of the United Front under the View of Institutional Building

马克思从物质生产实践出发,认为制度是利益冲突解决机制。随着生产力的发展,不断完善的制度可以最大限度地发挥规范社会行为、协调利益关系、整合社会力量及激励社会主体的作用。改革开放尤其是十八大以来,关于统一战线的性质、基本原则、工作理论和方式都得到了创新性发展。在统战理论宏观指导下,推进统战工作的经济、政治、法律等基本制度都得到了丰富和发展。新时代为了提高统战工作的有效性,不仅制定了第一部党内法规,完善了政党协商制度,而且根据统战工作的现实需要,这些具体制度也在不断优化。

Starting from the practice of material production,Marx considers institution as the mechanism to solve the conflicts of interest.With the development of productivity,the institution being improved constantly can,to a large extent,give play to the function of regulating social behav ior,coordinating the relationship of interests,integrating the social strength,and stimulating the social subjects.Since the reform and opening-up policy is carried out,especially the 18th national congress of CPC,the united front has made innov ative development in its nature,basic principle,theory and method of the work etc.Under the macro guidance of united front theory,the basic institutions such as economy,politics,and law have also been enriched and developed.In this new era,we not only make the first party law and strengthen the party consultation system,but also optimize constantly these concrete institutions according to the practical demand of the work of united front so as to improve the efficiency of the work of united front.
