“智能+”跨境电子商务发展是推动河南跨境电子商务高质量发展的重要战略支撑,对推动跨境电子商务领域供给侧结构性改革、推进贸易结构优化、形成新的经济增长点、提升河南国际开放合作水平,都具有重要意义。面对新一轮技术革命和产业革命等带来的机遇,以及应用市场尚未成熟、河南自身资源极化效应尚不显著等挑战,应从推动跨境电子商务信用体系建设、推动跨境电子商务平台管理升级、大力发展跨境电子商务物流配送、不断优化对外贸易结构、促进跨境电子商务国内外合作共赢等方面着手,加快“智能+”背景下河南跨境电子商务高质量发展。

“Intelligence+”cross-border e-commerce is the important support for the high-quality development of Henan cross-border e-commerce.“Intelligence+”cross-border e-commerce also has great significance in promoting supply-side structural reform in cross-border e-commerce,improv ing the structure of trade,forming new economic growth points,and elevating Henan’s level of international opening-up and cooperation.When facing the opportunities brought by the new-round technological reform and industrial reform,and the challenges that the applied market is still not mature and that the polarization effect in Henan resources is yet not remarkable,we should promote the construction of credit system,promote the upgrading of platform management,strive to develop logistics distribution,optimize continuously the foreign trade structure,and promote win-win cooperation at home and abroad in cross-border e-commerce,so as to quicken the high-quality development of cross-border e-commerce in Henan province under the background of"intelligence+"
