Practical Operation and Empirical Study of Hollow Village Management Based on the Practice Summary of Chaohu City in Anhui Province

根据空心村整治理论与实务方面的现状、存在问题及内在规律,社会策划视角下空心村治理必须有效嵌入民主议程、合法性宣传等要素,将治理机制嵌入社会系统之中并积极协调多元主体之间的目标差异和利益冲突,有效促进空心村治理后农村居民的社会融入和有效整合,通过社区建设维护农村居民的合法权益。

According to the present situation,existing problems and inherent rules of hollow villages renovation,no matter in theory or in practice,hollow village management,under the perspective of social planning,should be embedded effectively with the elements such as democratic agenda and legal propaganda etc.In the process of hollow village management,we should integrate the governance mechanism into the social system and actively coordinate the different aim and interest conflict of multiple subjects,effectively promote the effective social integration of villagers after the hollow village management,and maintain the legal interest of villagers through community building.
