换流变压器绝缘材料燃烧试验和防火能力研究

Study on Flame Test of Insulation Material and Fire Resistance Ability of Converter Transformer

针对换流变压器的火灾风险和火灾发展特点,分析了换流变绝缘材料的阻燃等级,收集换流变绝缘材料开展了燃烧试验研究,分析了换流变用绝缘油的闪点特性,提出了换流变防火能力提升的技术措施。

According to the fire risk and fire development characteristics of the converter transformer,the flame resistance grade of insulation material of converter transformer is analyzed.The flame test is carried out with the collected insulation material of converter transformer.The flash point characteristics of insulation oil used in converter transformer are analysed.The technical measures to improve the fire resistance ability of converter transformer are pointed out.
