摘要
为了探究逆变器作为负载侧变换器对电力电子级联系统的静态稳定性的影响,建立了含滤波器在内的逆变器阻抗模型,并进行输入阻抗特性分析。在建立逆变器主回路和控制回路的小信号模型基础上,根据控制方式进行简化得到输入阻抗模型;据此分析了逆变器全功率范围内的阻抗特性,并通过试验验证了逆变器的负阻抗特性导致了电力电子级联系统静态失稳。
In order to explore how a DC/AC inverter affects power electronic cascaded system static stability, which is placed as a load converter, a impedance model of the inverter including flter is established, and its input impedance characteristics are analyzed. Based on the small signal model of main circuit and control circuit of the inverter, the input impedance model is simplifed according to its control strategy, and the impedance characteristics in the full power range of the inverter are analyzed. A conclusion is verified through a test that the negative impedance characteristics of the inverter cause the static instability of power electronic cascaded system.
