某变电站10 kV电容器组断路器控制回路优化设计 被引量:1

摘要 某110kV变电站有4台10kV电容器,其断路器为ZN63A-12(VS1)型柜内手车式断路器,相对于其他常规的断路器控制回路,该断路器控制回路多出了一个PCD电路板。据历史数据统计,2017年全年,由于PCD电路板故障,导致4台电容器控制回路断线故障达8起,且都与PCD电路板件损坏有关,严重影响了设备的安全稳定运行,且增加了运维成本。为此,针对此类故障进行分析,并对该断路器控制回路进行优化。 A 110 kV substation has four 10 kV capacitors, and its circuit breaker is ZN63 A-12(VS1) cabinet handcart circuit breaker, compared with other conventional circuit breaker control circuit, the circuit breaker control circuit has one more PCD circuit board. According to historical data statistics. In the whole year of 2017, the failure of PCD circuit board resulted in 8 disconnection failures of 4 capacitor control circuits, all of which were related to the damage of PCD circuit board parts, which seriously affected the safe and stable operation of the equipment and increased the operation and maintenance costs. Therefore, this kind of fault is analyzed and the circuit breaker control circuit is optimized.
