某110kV变电站有4台10kV电容器,其断路器为ZN63A-12(VS1)型柜内手车式断路器,相对于其他常规的断路器控制回路,该断路器控制回路多出了一个PCD电路板。据历史数据统计,2017年全年,由于PCD电路板故障,导致4台电容器控制回路断线故障达8起,且都与PCD电路板件损坏有关,严重影响了设备的安全稳定运行,且增加了运维成本。为此,针对此类故障进行分析,并对该断路器控制回路进行优化。
