摘要
基于理论分析和实验数据,构建锚杆锚固端部不同切削形式及角度下的力学模型,研究了左旋无纵肋螺纹钢锚杆的搅拌端结构与锚固工作特征之间关系.结果表明:单楔形锚杆搅拌端切削角度为60°时,对应钻机扭转力为1.42F2(钻机推力);双楔形锚杆搅拌端在切削角度为75°时,对应钻机扭转力为1.26F2.锚杆搅拌端切削角α与对应的钻机扭转力F1、切削力F3间存在平衡点,既能保证较高的搅拌速度和切削力,又能改善搅拌效果.对于单楔形和双楔形切削形式,锚杆搅拌端的最佳角度分别为45°和60°.根据搅拌效果和锚固力测试值,确定锚杆搅拌端的最佳形态为双楔形60°.
Based on theoretical analysis and laboratory experiments,mechanical models of the anchoring end of the bolt with different cutting forms and angles were constructed.The relationship between the stirring end structure of the left-handed longitudinal ribbed threaded steel rebar bolts and the anchoring working characteristic was studied.The results show that when the cutting angle of the bolt mixing end with single wedge shape is 60°,the torsion force is 1.42F2(propulsion).When the cutting angle of the bolt mixing end with double wedge shape is 75°,the torsion force is 1.26F2.Moreover,there is a balance point between the cutting angleαof the bolt mixing end with the corresponding torsion force F1,and the cutting force F3 of the drilling machine,which can ensure a higher mixing speed,higher cutting force,and a better resin mixing effect.In addition,for the single and double wedge shaped cutting forms,the best angles of the bolt mixing end are 45°and 60°,respectively.From the mixing effect and anchoring force tests,it can be determined that the best shape of the bolt mixing is the double wedge shape with a angle of 60°.
