企业绿色采购行为动态演化博弈研究--基于利益相关者的视角:以制药企业为例

Dynamic evolutionary game study of green purchasing behavior in manufacturers:Taking pharmaceutical manufacturers as example in a perspective of the stakeholders

环境压力的突显以及消费者环保意识的不断加强使绿色采购成为制药企业可持续发展的必经之路.但是制药企业绿色采购行为选择受利益相关者的多方面影响.运用动态演化博弈方法分析了制药企业在绿色采购决策过程中与同行企业以及政府等利益相关者之间的博弈过程,得出了多方演化博弈的演化稳定策略,可以为制药企业绿色采购决策的优化选择提供依据,为政府对制药企业的绿色采购行为进行监管以及设计奖惩机制提供理论依据和政策导向,有利于促进制药企业的环境管理和可持续发展.

As the increasing of environment pressure and consumer environmental awareness,the Green Purchasing became the essential choice for manufacturers to achieve sustainable developing.However,the Green Purchasing behavior decision of pharmaceutical manufacturers is affected by different stakeholders,such as peer enterprises and the government.By using dynamic evolutionary game theory,the game process of the pharmaceutical manufacturer and its stakeholders was analyzed and the evolutionary stable strategy for multi-parties was produced.Providing the basis for the optimization of green purchasing decision making process for pharmaceutical manufacturers,the strategy not only provides the guidance for the government in supervising and assessing the pharmaceutical manufacturers,but also promotes the environmental management and sustainable development for the pharmaceutical manufacturers.
