临床药师对1例EB病毒合并细菌、腺病毒和难治性肺炎支原体4重感染患儿的药学监护

Pharmaceutical Care forA Case of Epstein-Barr virus Combined with Bacteria,Human Adenovirus and Refractory Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia in Child by Clinical Pharmacist

临床药师参与1例EB病毒合并细菌、腺病毒和难治性肺炎支原体4重感染患儿的治疗,并对患儿的抗感染、抗炎和免疫调节用药方案及可能出现的药物相互作用和不良反应进行分析和药学监护。通过对药物治疗方案的调整,患儿感染得到了控制,最终好转出院。临床药师从药学服务的角度参与临床治疗,提出药学建议,协助优化药物治疗方案,规范超说明书用药,对保障用药合理性及安全性提供帮助,提高患者用药依从性,促进患儿的病情转归。

Clinical pharmacists participated in the therapy for a case of epstein-barr virus combined with bacteria,human adenovirus and refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in child.The anti-infection,anti-inflammatory and immunoregulatory treatment program and possible drug interactions and adverse reactions were analyzed and performed beneficial pharmaceutical care.By adjusting the drug treatment program,the infection was controlled and eventually discharged.Inder to optimize the medication therapy,standardize off-label drug use,ensure the rationality and safety of clinical medication,and improve patient medication compliance,Clinical pharmacist should take advantage of their own pharmaceutical speciality and participate in the process of clinical medication from the perspective of pharmaceutical care.
