桂芍子喘颗粒平喘、镇咳及祛痰作用研究

Study on the Anti-asthmatic,Antitussive and Expectorant Effects of Guishaozichuan Granules

目的:观察桂芍子喘颗粒的平喘、镇咳及祛痰作用。方法:采用乙酰甲胆碱和磷酸组胺引喘豚鼠实验观察桂芍子喘颗粒的平喘作用;采用氨水引咳小鼠实验、枸橼酸引咳豚鼠实验观察桂芍子喘颗粒的镇咳作用;采用小鼠气管段酚红排泌量实验观察桂芍子喘颗粒的祛痰作用。结果:与模型组比较,桂芍子喘颗粒高剂量组豚鼠引喘潜伏期显著延长(P<0.01);桂芍子喘颗粒各剂量组小鼠和豚鼠咳嗽次数显著减少(P<0.05或P<0.01);桂芍子喘颗粒中、高剂量组小鼠和豚鼠咳嗽潜伏期均显著延长(P<0.01);桂芍子喘颗粒中、高剂量组小鼠酚红排泌量显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:桂芍子喘颗粒具有一定的平喘、镇咳及祛痰作用。

Objective:To observe the anti-asthmatic,antitussive and expectorant effects of Guishaozichuan granules.Methods:The anti-asthmatic effect was observed with asthmatic guinea pig model caused by methacholine and histamine phosphate.The antitussive effect was investigated with cough model induced by ammonia in mice and by citric acid in guinea pig.The phenol red excretion method in mice was adopted to observe the expectorant effect.Results:Compared with the model group,Guishaozichuan granules highdose group could obviously prolong the asthmatic latent period in guinea pigs(P<0.01);all dose groups of Guishaozichuan granules could significantly decrease the cough times in guinea pigs and mice(P<0.05 or P<0.01);the medium-and high-dose groups could prolong the cough incubation period in guinea pigs and mice(P<0.01);and the excretion of phenol red in mice tracheas in Guishaozichuan granules medium-and high-dose groups were obviously increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Guishaozichuan granules show anti-asthmatic,antitussive and expectorant pharmacodynamic actions.
