我国新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情进入防控的关键时期,有效的药学管理与服务对提高医疗救治和疫情防控有着具有重要意义。药学部在疫情期间迅速建立了多种工作模式药房,包括常规门诊药房、发热门诊药房、定点医院药房、方舱药房。各药房开展疫期防控知识培训、加强药师防护措施,制定药品目录,承担了高强度的药品保障任务。各药房根据各自特点采取不同模式的管理,加强药品的应急供应,为庞大数量的患者和不同医疗团队提供快速有效的药品供应和药学服务。同时药学部开展处方点评、药学科普与指导,为临床医师的救治工作提供药品信息支持。通过科学防控,合理安排,多模式药房药品保障工作和药学服务有序推进。

The novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic in China is entering a critical period of prevention and control,and effective pharmaceutical management and services are of great significance for improving medical treatment and epidemic prevention and control.During the epidemic period,the pharmacy department rapidly established multiple-mode pharmacies including regular outpatient pharmacy,fever outpatient pharmacy,appointed hospital pharmacy and square cabin pharmacy.All the pharmacies carried out knowledge training on the epidemic prevention and control,strengthened pharmacists’protective measures,formulated drug catalogue and undertook high-intensity drug guarantee tasks.Different pharmacies adopted different management mode according to their own characteristics,strengthened the emergency supply of drugs,and provided rapid and effective drug supply and pharmaceutical services for a large number of patients and different medical teams.At the same time,the pharmacy department carried out prescription review and pharmaceutical science popularization and guidance,and provided drug information support for the treatment performed by clinicians.Through the scientific prevention and control and reasonable arrangement,drug support and pharmaceutical care were orderly promoted.
