摘要
目的:采用正交试验优选解毒饮煎煮工艺,并探究折光率在检测汤剂质量方面的可行性与实用性。方法:以绿原酸含量和干浸膏得率的综合评分为考察指标,采用正交试验法,对煎煮解毒饮所需的浸泡时间、加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数等工艺参数进行优选。分别测定57个煎煮液的干浸膏得率与折光率,分析其相关性。结果:优选出的煎煮工艺为将解毒饮组方饮片加水煎煮3次,第1次加10倍量水煎煮30 min,第2、3次分别加6倍量水煎煮15 min。煎煮液的干浸膏得率与其折光率线性关系显著(P<0.01)。结论:该方法提取效果较好,稳定可行,可为批量代煎提供参考。采用折光率检测法可简便、快捷的反映出中药汤剂中的干浸膏得率,便于快速检测汤剂质量。
Objective:To investigate the optimal decoction process for Jiedu decoction and evaluate the quality control by refractive index.Methods:With the comprehensive score of chlorogenic acid and dry extract as the evaluation index,orthogonal test was adopted to optimize the soaking time,amount of water added,decoction duration and decoction times for Jiedu decoction.The dry extract and refractive index of 57 decoctions were determined and their correlation was analyzed.Results:The optimal decoction process was as follows:extracting 3 times,the first time with 10-fold amount of water for decocting 30 minutes,the second time and the third time respectively with 6-fold amount of water for decocting 15 minutes.There was a significant linear relationship between the dry extract and the refractive index(P<0.01).Conclusion:The optimized process is effective,stable and feasible,which can provide reference for decocting Jiedu decoction in large scale.Moreover,the method of refractive index can reflect the yield of dry extract simply and quickly,which is convenient to test the quality of decoction.
