系统性红斑狼疮患者外周血Th17细胞和Treg细胞的表达及意义 被引量:5

Expression and significance of Th17 and Treg cells in peripheral blood of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus

摘要 目的探讨Th17细胞、Treg细胞、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)和转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)在系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者外周血中的表达及意义。方法选取2017年8月-2018年12月在台州市中西医结合医院就诊的58例SLE患者作为研究对象,另选25例同期来院健康体检者作为对照组。用流式细胞术检测Th17细胞和Treg细胞百分比,双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测IL-17和TGF-β1,并对结果进行比较分析。结果 SLE活动期组中Th17细胞和Th17/Treg显著高于SLE稳定期组和对照组,Treg细胞明显低于SLE稳定期组和对照组;SLE活动期组IL-17显著高于SLE稳定期组,SLE稳定期组显著高于对照组;SLE活动期组中TGF-β1显著低于SLE稳定期组和对照组(P <0.05)。结论 Th17细胞、Treg细胞、IL-17和TGF-β1的变化对观察SLE的疗效具有重要的临床意义。 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Th17 cells,Treg cells,interleukin-17(IL-17)and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)in peripheral blood of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods A total of 58 systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)patients who were treated in Taizhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from August 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled as the study group.Another 25 healthy subjects who were admitted to the hospital at the same time were selected as the control group.Flow cytometry was used to detect the percentages of Th17 cells and Treg cells.IL-17 and TGF-β1 were detected by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and the results were compared and analyzed.Results The percentages of Th17 cells and Th17/Treg in SLE active group were significantly higher than those in stable SLE group and control group.Treg cells were significantly lower than SLE stable phase group and control group;IL-17 was significantly higher in SLE active group than SLE stable phase.The stable group of SLE was significantly higher than the control group;TGF-β1 was significantly lower in the SLE active group than that in the SLE stable group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The changes of Th17 cells,Treg cells,IL-17 and TGF-β1 have clinical significance for the observation of the efficacy of SLE.
