摘要
介绍的氢氧发动机采用先进的闭式膨胀循环方式,具备60%~100%推力调节能力。发动机推力调节技术研究主要包括推力调节方式选择、电动调节系统产品研制、调节过程模型在环仿真以及调节过程硬件在环仿真等工作。通过上述研究工作,验证了提出的方案能够实现发动机60%~100%的推力调节范围,能够实现推力调节过程中推力、混合比的联合控制。
The LH2/LO2 liquid rocket engine introduced in this paper, adpots with closed-cycle expander system and has the ability of throttling from 60% to 100%. The research of throttling technique includes the choice of throttling schemes, the product development of electric adjustment system, the Model In Loop(MIL) and Hardware In Loop(HIL) simulation of adjustment process, etc. Through the mentioned research work, the throttling scheme has been verified, throttling scope can achieve 60%~100%, and has the ability to control mixture ratio during throttling process.
