摘要
为了使注气式蓄压器满足火箭POGO抑制所需的气枕容积,需要持续地向蓄压器气枕内充入气体,并控制自由液面的位置,避免气体进入输送管路对发动机造成影响。建立了注气式蓄压器AMEsim仿真模型及地面试验系统,对自由液面的控制技术进行研究。通过仿真计算及试验结果分析表明:通过充气和排气流量匹配,利用溢出管进行自由液面的控制,能够将容积控制在所需范围内。
In order to make the gas filled accumulator meet the volume of the ullage required by the rocket pogo suppression, it is necessary to continuously charge the gas into the ullage of the accumulator, and control the position of the free liquid level, so as to avoid the impact of the gas entering the feedline to the engine. A simulation molding and ground test system for AMEsim of the gas filled accumulator are established, and the control technology of free liquid surface is studied. Through the simulation and the experimental results shows that through injection and exhaust flow matching, the used of the overflow pipe for free liquid surface control can control the volume in the required.
