摘要
学生对资助政策的满意度体现了资助工作开展的有效性。运用调查问卷随机抽取某校1172名学生进行调查,依据期望确认理论进行具体分析,结果显示:学生对资助政策整体上是满意的;学生性别、年级、贫困程度、家庭所在地的不同使得他们对资助政策的满意度存在差异。为实现资助政策的有效实施,提出相应建议。
The satisfaction of students with funding policies reflects the effectiveness of funding.This article uses a questionnaire to randomly select 1172 students in a school for investigation,and conducts a detailed analysis based on the expectation confirmation theory.The survey results show that the students are generally satisfied with the funding policy;the differences in students gender,grade,poverty level and home location make some differences in their satisfaction.In order to promote the effective implementation of funding policies,this article makes some suggestions.
