摘要
《中国教育现代化2035》和《国家职业教育改革实施方案》等重要政策文件为我国职业教育“双师型”教师队伍建设带来良好契机,同时也迎来一场深刻的改革。利用CiteSpace可视化软件对我国25年以来核心期刊关于“双师型”教师研究论文进行可视化知识图谱分析发现,目前我国职业教育“双师型”教师研究主要聚焦在内涵阐释、素质结构及胜任力建构、专业发展、教师队伍建设、资格认定、培养模式、培养制度及评价体系建设等方面。本研究对我国职业教育“双师型”教师研究存在的问题进行了分析。
“China's Education Modernization 2035”and“National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan”and other important policy documents have been published one after another,bringing not only a good opportunity for the construction of"double-qualified"teachers in vocational education in China,but also a profound reform.Through the use of CiteSpace visualization software,this paper makes a visual Knowledge Atlas analysis of the research papers on“double-qualified teachers”published by the Core Journal of China Knowledge Network in the past 25 years.At present,the research on“double-qualified”teachers in vocational education in China mainly focuses on connotation interpretation,quality structure and competence construction,professional development,teacher team construction,qualification recognition,training mode,training system and evaluation system construction,etc.This paper makes a further reflection on the problems existing in the“double-qualified”teachers of vocational education in China,and points out the developing situation in the future.
