摘要
针对远洋多式联运网络的集装箱流量合理分配问题,以网络运输总成本最小化为目标,考虑网络中转节点作业能力和线路运输能力约束,建立数学规划模型,并设计基于多层编码的遗传算法求解模型。通过算例分析,验证了模型的合理性和算法设计的有效性。
In this paper,to solve the container flow allocation problem of an ocean-going multimodal container transportation network,and with the objective of minimizing the total transportation cost of the network,we considered the operation capacity of the transfer nodes of the network and the capacity constraint of the transportation lines,set up a mathematical programming model and developed a genetic algorithm based on multi-level coding to solve the model.At the end,through a numerical example,we demonstrated the rationality of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm.
