摘要 基于我国学者魏朱的商业模式六要素模型,结合汽车后市场的实际情况,对我国汽车后市场商业模式进行研究,并选取一家代表型汽车后市场企业,采用模糊综合评价法对该企业进行综合评价分析,给出了总结和启示。 In this paper,based on the six-element business model proposed by Chinese scholar Wei Zhu,combined with the actual situation of the automotive aftermarket in China,we studied the business mode of the automotive aftermarket in China,then in the case of a representative automotive aftermarket company,used the fuzzy analysis method to evaluate the company comprehensively,and at the end,concluded on the findings and insights.
