板坯库智慧物流管理探析与展望

摘要 结合某2250热轧产线板坯库物流运行现状,参考当前信息和网络新技术,分析了该产线板坯库物流管理的不足,提出了如何将智慧物流管理思维应用于板坯库日常管理的思路和建议。 In connection with the current logistics status of the slab yard of a certain 2250 hot rolling production line,and with reference to current information and Internet technologies,this paper analyzes the deficiencies of the slab yard logistics management of the production line,and proposes how to apply the smart logistics management thinking to the daily management of the slab yard.
