摘要
介绍了一种巷道堆垛机行走轮系的专用拆卸工具,在传统的更换过程中,利用大铁锤拆卸行走轮系,效率低下,而且传统的方法会破坏主动轴和被动轴的形位公差,造成堆垛机主被动轮空转,从而引起主、被动轮变形,增加噪音和振动。专用拆卸工具研究成功后,不破坏主动轴和被动轴的形位公差;可以同时对驱动轮和被动轮进行作业,提高作业效率;可大幅度减少维修人员的劳动强度。
In this paper,we introduced a special disassembly tool for the running wheel train of the laneway stacker.The traditional replacement process uses a heavy hammer to disassemble the running wheel train,which is inefficient and will disrupt the geometric tolerance between the active shaft and the passive shaft,causing the idle rotation and,further,deformation of the active and passive wheels of the stacker and increasing noise and vibration.The special disassembly tool developed in this paper will avoid breaking the geometric tolerance of the shafts,but instead enable the driving wheel and the driven wheel to be operated at the same time to improve work efficiency and greatly reduce labor intensity of the maintenance personnel.
