摘要
在瓶栽食用菌工厂化生产过程中,包含了装瓶、码垛、输送、拆跺、出菇、采菇包装和挖瓶等环节。首先介绍了装瓶、包装和挖瓶车间生产线的组成和平面布置。其次采用西门子CPU313C型PLC作为主控单元,用于控制整条生产线的自动化运行;在装瓶车间码垛机中采用了西门子MM440变频器,用于控制码垛机械手的升降;系统采用步科MT4513TE触摸屏作为人机界面,用于对整条生产线进行启停控制、状态显示、产量统计等。该系统提高了食用菌工厂化生产的效率,极大地减轻了工人劳动强度。
In this paper,we first introduced the composition and layout of the bottling,packaging and digging workshop production line.Secondly,we used the Siemens CPU313C PLC as the main control unit to realize the automatic operation of the entire production line;the Siemens MM440 frequency converter in the palletizer in the bottling workshop to control the lifting of the palletizing manipulator;and the Kinco MT4513TE touch screen as the man-machine interface for the start-stop control,status display,and output statistics,etc.,of the entire production line.The system so designed could improve the efficiency of factory production of edible fungi and greatly reduce labor intensity.
