微信平台联合罗伊适应护理模式在肿瘤化疗经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管患者中的应用效果

Application of WeChat Platform Combined with Roy Adaptation Model in the Quality of PICC Care for Patients with Tumor Chemotherapy

目的探讨微信平台联合罗伊(Roy)适应护理模式在肿瘤化疗外周穿刺中心静脉置管(PICC)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1-12月于广东省汕头市潮阳区人民医院接受PICC穿刺的100例肿瘤化疗患者作为研究对象,采用抛硬币法随机分将其分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施微信平台联合Roy适应护理,比较两组护理质量、自护技能、管路滑脱、静脉炎或感染、导管堵塞、情绪状况、导管移位、自我效能、导管留置时间、维护费用及满意度。结果观察组管路滑脱、静脉炎或感染、导管堵塞、导管移位发生率及情绪状况评分均低于对照组,维护费用少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组自我效能、自护技能评分及满意度均高于对照组,导管留置时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肿瘤化疗PICC患者开展微信平台联合Roy适应护理的效果显著,有利于降低维护费用,减少并发症的发生,提高患者自我效能,延长导管留置时间,提高护理质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of WeChat platform combined with Roy’s adaptive nursing mode on the quality of nursing care for patients with tumor chemotherapy received peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC).Methods From January to December 2019,100 patients with tumor chemotherapy who underwent PICC puncture in our hospital as the research object.All patients were divided into a control group and an observation group by random coin grouping method,50 cases in each group.The control group implemented the conventional nursing model,and the observation group implemented the WeChat platform combined with Roy’s adaptive nursing model.The quality of care,self-care skills,tube slippage,phlebitis or infection,catheter blockage,emotional status,catheter ectopic,self-efficacy,catheter retention time,maintenance costs,and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The slippery tubules,phlebitis or infection,maintenance costs,catheter blockage,emotional status,and catheter ectopic of the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing skills,catheter indwelling time,and patient satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of WeChat platform combined with Roy’s adaptive care model for tumor chemotherapy patients with PICC has a significant effect.It is beneficial to reduce maintenance costs,reduce complications,improve self-efficacy,prolong indwelling catheters,and improve the quality of care.
