摘要
基于“三喻文化”视角探究乡村教师角色演变,发现乡村教师角色演变与乡村社会文化结构变迁之间存在本质上的逻辑关联。我国乡村文化变迁的逻辑轨道正是从“后喻文化”转向“同喻文化”,并正向“前喻文化”转型。在这文化变迁过程中,作为乡村文化传承主体的乡村教师,其角色从“文化持有者”向“文化疏离者”发生嬗变,而随着我国乡村文化结构的“前喻”化,乡村教师必将成为乡土文化“引导者”。
Based on the perspective of"Three co-figurative culture",this paper explores the role evolution of rural teachers and finds the essential logical relationship between the rural teachers evolution and the structural change of rural culture.The logical track of rural culture change in China is from"post-figurative culture"to"co-figurative culture"and to"pre-figurative culture".In the process of cultural change,the role of rural teachers,as the main part of rural cultural inheritance,changed from"cultural holder"to"cultural deserter".With the"pre-figurative"of rural cultural structure in China,rural teachers will become the"guide"of rural culture.
