摘要
无轨架线车辆采用电机牵引运行,减少现有使用柴油机牵引时的有害废气排放及噪声污染,大幅改善煤矿工作环境,同时运行成本较低,具有良好的经济性。当架线车辆处于长距离坡道运行时,采用传统的机械制动会引起制动片发热失效,容易导致事故。本文简单介绍了再生电能利用装置技术及一种复合式能馈系统,可回收利用车辆运行过程中的多余能量,无轨架线车辆可在长距离的坡道上更加安全、可靠运行,并对能馈系统进行了仿真分析,证明了复合式能馈装置满足设计要求。
The motor traction operation of trackless stringing vehicles can reduce the harmful exhaust gas emission and noise pollution when the diesel engine is used for traction,greatly improve the working environment of coal mines,at the same time,the operation cost is low and has good economy.When the stringing vehicle is running on a long-distance ramp,the traditional mechanical braking will cause the heating failure of the brake pads,which is easy to cause accidents.This paper briefly introduces the technology of renewable energy utilization device and a compound energy feed system,which can recycle the surplus energy in the process of vehicle operation.The trackless stringing vehicle can run more safely and reliably on the long-distance ramp.The simulation analysis of the energy feed system proves that the compound energy feed device meets the design requirements.
