摘要
本项目研制出一套适合于山东新河矿业有限公司的膏体充填远程测控系统,包括充填数字化平台、膏体充填网络系统架构、调节阀控制系统、三通泄浆阀压力检测及控制系统和乳化泵站远程控制系统等关键部分。以山东新河矿业有限公司7304膏体充填工作面为试点,解决了膏体充填过程井上下联动用时长、用工多和机动灵活性差的技术难题。
This project has developed a remote measurement and control system for paste backfilling suitable for Shandong Xinhe Coal mine Co.,Ltd,Includes the digital platform of backfilling,the remote network structure,the control system of regulating valve,the control system of three-way discharge valve,and the control system of emulsion pump station.Launch a pilot project with Shandong Xinhe Coal mine 7304 paste backfilling face,It solves the technical problems of long time,more labor and poor flexibility in the process of paste backfilling.
