摘要
科技信息资源数量上的剧增以及资源多源异构、跨领域、分散、配合度弱等问题,使得高质量的管理、发现、获取、整合有价值的科技资源高效开展知识服务的难度增加。本文围绕产业领域知识本体构建、信息化表示、集成、基于语义的智能分析检索系统四个方面的内容开展研究,形成从理论到软件系统支撑的一套完整的产业科技资源知识化组织管理技术体系,支撑产业科技资源组织管理、智能检索、知识化服务等领域。
With rapid increase of scientific and technological resources and multi-source,heterogeneity,cross domain,decentralization of resources,it is more difficult to carry out knowledge services efficiently through high-quality management,discovery,acquisition and integration of valuable resources.This paper focuses on knowledge ontology construction,representation,integration,and system building,and forms a complete set of technical system of knowledge-based organization and management for industrial scientific and technological resources,supporting the fields of organization and management,classification,intelligent retrieval,and knowledge-based service of industrial scientific and technological resources.
