摘要
二等标准铂铑10-铂热电偶热电动势测量结果的不确定度评估,在评定标准热电偶引入的不确定度分量时,其年稳定性分量容易遗漏,但是在实际工作中应予以考虑。评定过程中分量的重复会导致最终不确定度的计算结果略偏大,不能很好地体现标准装置的测量能力,评定过程中分量的遗漏会导致最终不确定度的计算结果略偏小,易导致在量值比对、能力验证过程中En值的超差。因此,合理评估测量不确定度,不仅可以检验计量标准的合理性,还可以真实地体现该实验室标准装置的测量能力。
The uncertainty evaluation of the thermoelectromotive force measurement results of the second-class Standard Platinum Rhodium 10 platinum thermocouple is easy to miss the annual stability component when evaluating the uncertainty component introduced by the standard thermocouple,but it should be considered in the actual work.The repetition of components in the evaluation process will cause the calculation result of the final uncertainty to be slightly larger,which can not better reflect the measurement capacity of the standard device.The omission of components in the evaluation process will cause the calculation result of the final uncertainty to be slightly smaller,which is easy to cause the error of en value in the process of measurement value comparison and capacity verification.Therefore,the reasonable evaluation of measurement uncertainty can not only test the rationality of measurement standards,but also truly reflect the measurement capacity of the laboratory standard device.
