口罩检测问题探析

一次性平面口罩作为当前重要防疫物质,其使用及检测受到消费者及生产厂家的广泛关注,文中通过相关科学试验分析了口罩正反面穿戴对其防护效果的影响,确定了口罩戴反时并不会影响其过滤效率和呼吸阻力,但长时间佩戴错误时会影响其舒适性;研究了不同固定方式对口罩呼吸阻力测试值的影响,确定了使用胶带绕口罩粘贴一圈方式得到的测试值更为稳定、合理;分析了当前过滤效率在90%以上熔喷布紧缺状况下的解决方案,并给予合理化建议。

Disposable face mask as an important part of the current epidemic prevention material,its use and test received extensive attention of consumers and manufacturers,through relevant scientific experiments,this paper has analyzed the positive and negative mask wear to its particle protective performance,when the mask is worn backwards,will not affect the filter efficiency and breathing resistance,long wear error will affect the comfort.The effects of different fixation methods on the test value of respiratory resistance were studied.This paper analyzes the solution of the shortage of melt-blown fabric with the filter efficiency of more than 90%,and gives some reasonable suggestions.
