摘要
文中采用金相组织分析、XRD物相分析、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)形貌分析和能谱分析等方法分析研究了一台燃制鞋废料锅炉水冷壁管的腐蚀机理。研究发现,水冷壁管的主要腐蚀机理为高温氧化腐蚀,向火侧的金相组织略有长大,腐蚀物的主要物相为三氧化二铁相,腐蚀物的组织形貌为层状及网状的氧化物,氧化物的成分主要为氧元素和铁元素。
In this paper,the corrosion mechanism of boiler water wall tube is studied by means of Metallographic structure analysis,XRD phase analysis,Sanning electron microscope morphology analysis and energy spectrum analysis.It is found that the metallographic structure is ferrite and pearlite,the main phase is Fe2O3,the morphology of corrosion products is layered and reticulated oxides,and the main components of oxides are oxygen and iron.
