Analysis on Influence of Door Core Filling Material on Fire Resistance and Heat Insulation of Fire Resistant Doorsets

根据国家标准GB 12955-2008《防火门》中对耐火性能的要求,结合GB 8624-2012《建筑材料及制品燃烧性能分级》中A级制品燃烧性能的规定,浅析不同类型的门芯填充材料对防火门耐火性能隔热性的影响。通过试验验证,探讨门芯填充材料燃烧性能指标与防火门耐火性能隔热性之间的规律,并提出合理的建议,为防火门产品研究和生产提供理论依据。

According to the fire resistance requirements of the national standard GB 12955-2008 fire doors,combined with the requirements of class a products in GB 8624-2012 classification of burning performance of building materials and products,this paper analyzes the impact of different types of door core filling materials on the fire resistance and thermal insulation of fire doors.Through test and verification,this paper discusses the law between the combustion performance index of the door core filling material and the fire resistance and heat insulation of the fire door,and puts forward reasonable suggestions to provide theoretical basis for the research and production of the fire door products.
