新型载铜Si基材料老化环境的研究

Study on Aging Environment of Novel Cu/Silica-based Material Catalyst

摘要 文中以硅酸钠作为制备载铜Si基材料的硅源,利用硅酸钠在水中水解的性能,从硝酸铜溶液把Cu^2+沉淀出来。通过考察不同的老化酸碱环境,发现酸性老化环境更有助于催化剂中Cu^+的形成,而Cu^+的出现提高了催化剂活性。通过与其他Cu系催化剂对比,发现该方法制备的载铜Si基材料优于传统的Cu系催化剂。本实验利用了XRF、XRD等手段对催化剂进行分析,揭示催化剂热稳定性、组成、Cu分散和烧结等情况。 Using sodium silicate in the preparation of the Cu/silica-based material catalyst to provide the SiO2,utilizing the hydrolysis of sodium silicate in water,we can precipitate the Cu^2+from copper nitrate.we found the acid aging period is helpful to produce Cu^+in catalyst,which can enhance the activity of catalyst,through the research of different aging period.Comparing with other Cu series catalyst,we also found the catalyst with new process to prepare have better performance than tradition catalyst.Characterizations were carried out using XRF,XRD to study the thermal stability of the catalyst,the catalyst forming,the dispersion and the sintering situation of Cu.
