基于物联网技术的电梯按需维保评估方法的研究

Research on Evaluation Method of Elevator On-demand Maintenance Based on IoT Technology

当前,国内现有的电梯定期维保工作规范的科学化、合理化程度已无法完全满足日渐提高的电梯安全状态。按照国家电梯改革方向,今后电梯实现按需维保势在必行。文中提出了一种基于物联网技术的按需维保评估方法,该方法从电梯运行维保质量的五个感知层面,结合电梯物联网监测数据、现场抽查和客户投诉率,建立了一种电梯按需维保方法评估模型,对今后各省开展电梯按需维保工作具有广泛的借鉴意义。

Abstact: At present, domestic elevator regular maintenance work specifications have not been adapted to the improvement of domestic elevator safety status, and its scientificity and rationalization are insufficient. According to the direction of National Elevator reform, it is imperative that elevators achieve on-demand maintenance in the future. In order to explore a more reasonable way,and be able to evaluate elevator on-demand maintenance effectively, an evaluation method of on-demand maintenance based on the Io T technology is proposed. Aiming at different elevator service elements, from the five perception levels of elevator operation and maintenance quality, combined with elevator internet of things monitoring data, spot checks and customer complaint rates, this paper puts forward the inspection standards, inspection methods and corresponding maintenance strategies of elevator on-demand maintenance,which will have a broad reference for the provinces to carry out elevator on-demand maintenance work.
