文中结合起重机现场检验实例,对起重量限制器工作电源取电位置错误、集电器PE接地回路中断、电气二次回路设计缺陷,三种常见的潜在电气安全问题进行分析,并依据起重机械定期检验规则(TSGQ7015-2016),及起重机械安全规程-第1部分(GB 6067.1-2010)相关要求,提出问题的整改方案,有效防患了起重机械"带病"运行,对后续检验工作具有借鉴和指导意义。

This paper analyzes three common potential electrical safety problems,that is,the wrong position of the working power supply of the lifting weight limiter,the interruption of the PE grounding circuit of the collector,and the design defects of the Electric Secondary Circuit,according to the regular inspection rule of hoisting machinery (TSG Q7015-2016) and the relevant requirements of safety regulation of hoisting machinery-part 1(GB 6067.1-2010),the paper puts forward the problem rectification plan,which effectively prevents the hoisting machinery from running with disease,it has the reference and the instruction significance to the follow-up inspection work.
