摘要
接触件作为电连接器内部承担电接触功能的关键部位,对电连接器的可靠性起着绝对性作用,甚至影响着航天发射任务的成败。接触件镀层质量的好坏又是决定电连接器是否能够良好电接触的关键因素之一,目前鲜有针对电连接器接触件镀层结构进行可靠性分析的研究;通过调研分析航天电连接器常用接触件结构及镀层质量要求,开展了基于不同接触件镀层结构及质量水平条件下的可靠性影响分析,进行了耐机械特性、耐环境特性及电特性等验证试验,得出了差异性镀层结构的接触件在不同工作环境条件下的耐受能力。
As a key part of electric contact function,the contact parts play a very important role in the reliability of the electric connectors,and impact on the success or failure of space launch missions.The quality of the contact plate is one of the key factors to determine whether the electrical connectors can touch well.At present,there are few studies on the reliability analysis of the structure of the electrical connectors.The structure and the quality requirements of the contact plate are analyzed through investigation and analysis,and the reliability influence analysis of the contact plate structure and quality level is carried out.
