轻型低静耗电磁阀一次调试合格率提升方法研究

摘要 针对轻型低静耗电磁阀一次调试合格率低的问题,通过运用QC管理程序及分层法、系统图、试验分析等QC质量分析技术,准确定位电磁阀一次调试合格率低的症结,并分析了影响症结的主要原因。根据产品结构特点及性能,提出了有效的解决措施,使电磁阀产品的合格率得到了较大的提高。对轻型低静耗类电磁阀产品提供了一种分析问题及解决问题的方法,具有重要的意义。 First commissioning qualification rate of light-weight and low-static-consumption solenoid valves mentioned in this paper is low.Hence,QC management procedure,and QC quality analysis technology such as the layered method,system diagram and experimental analysis are applied to accurately located the crux of low qualification rate of solenoid valve.The main causes of the crux are also analyzed in this research.According to the structure and performance of solenoid valve,effective measures are put forward to improve the qualification rate of the solenoid valve.It is of great significance to provide a method of analyzing problems and solving measures for light-weight and low-static-consumption solenoid valve.
