摘要
通过剖析管理归零的典型案例,试图逐步摸索出一套可作为示例的管理归零方法,并提出了一些思考,供同行借鉴。研究表明,过程清楚阶段需重点梳理问题隐患产生的过程,责任明确阶段建议按照PPRAC原则描述,其他环节也应遵循相关的原则。
By analyzing the typical cases of closing manage problems,this paper tries to find out an example way to close manage problems,which can be used as examples to colleagues.This paper points out that in the process clarity stage,it is necessary to focus on sorting out how potential problems produce.In the responsibility clarity stage,it is recommended to do the description according to the principle of PPRAC,and other links should also follow relevant principles.
