摘要
公共图书馆社会教育的跨界合作是多主体参与的系统,文章将行动者网络理论引入公共图书馆社会教育跨界合作研究,构建公共图书馆社会教育跨界合作行动者网络。采用网站调查法调研国家图书馆和31个省级公共图书馆的社会教育现状,识别公共图书馆社会教育跨界合作中的行动者。通过专家访谈法了解社会教育跨界合作情况,明确核心行动者与强制通行点,了解各行动者的障碍与利益,探讨如何吸引各行动者参与合作,最终构建公共图书馆社会教育跨界合作的行动者网络。
Cross-sector collaboration on social education in public libraries involves multiple stakeholders.Byintroducing the actor-network theory,this paper builds an actor-network for such collaboration.Website surveymethod is used to investigate those social education activities offered by the National Library of China and 31 provincial public libraries.Expert interview method is then used to obtain information of real-life situation,identify principal actors and obligatory passage points,analyze the challenges and interests of each actor,andexplore how to attract actors to participate in the network.Finally,an actor-network is built for cross-sectorcollaboration on public education in public libraries.
