回转窑危废焚烧系统中的结焦防控 被引量:6

摘要 回转窑焚烧是目前危险废弃物处置中最成熟可靠的手段。回转窑焚烧系统各个部位的结焦是目前制约危废处置企业处理量以及企业长期稳定运行的重要因素。针对不同部位的结焦问题,介绍了问题带来的危害,从多方面详细分析了结焦的原因,并结合理论研究及工程运行经验提出不同的防控措施。研究可供类似工程以及危废处置企业借鉴和参考,进而实现回转窑焚烧系统的长久、安全、稳定运行。 At present,rotary kiln incineration is the most mature and reliable means of hazardous waste disposal.Coking in various parts of rotary kiln incineration system is an important factor that restricts the treatment capacity of hazardous waste disposal enterprises and the long-term stable operation of enterprises.In view of the coking problems in different parts,this paper introduced the hazards brought by the problems,analyzed the causes of coking in detail from various aspects,and put forward different prevention and control measures based on theoretical research and engineering operation experience.This study can be used for reference by similar projects and hazardous waste disposal enterprises,and then realize the long-term,safe and stable operation of rotary kiln incineration system.
