摘要
带式输送机在运行中一旦出现打滑、跑偏等事故,必然会对其运行的正常有效开展造成严重影响,继而影响矿井生产综合效益。以此为着手点,对带式输送机集中控制系统开展深入的分析探究。在开展系统设计分析的基础上,从硬件构成和软件构成两个方面对系统整体设计做出全面总结,希望能够为其他矿井相似工程的开展提供借鉴与参考。
Once the belt conveyor slips and deviates during its operation,it will inevitably have a serious impact on its normal and effective operation,and then affect the comprehensive benefits of mine production.Taking this as the starting point,this paper made an in-depth analysis and research on the belt conveyor centralized control system.Based on the analysis of the system design,it made a comprehensive summary of the overall design of the system from the two aspects of hardware and software composition,hoping to provide reference for the development of similar projects in other mines.
