井下供电系统防越级跳闸技术优化探讨 被引量:3

摘要 供电系统作为矿井生产作业的动力源头,其运行安全对于保障生产的持续、安全开展意义重大。以此为着手点,针对井下供电系统防越级跳闸技术优化开展分析探究,先对越级防跳闸的作业原理展开综合分析,并在此基础上提出了越级防跳闸系统优化举措,然后对优化后的供电系统构成进行全面分析,并对保证供电系统防越级跳闸保护功能充分有效发挥的注意事项进行了综合概述。实际应用表明,优化后的供电系统越级防跳闸技术效果良好,不仅使得故障次数大幅缩减且显著提升了供电系统运行的有效性,增加了矿井综合效益。 As the power source of mine production,the operation safety of power supply system is of great significance to ensure the continuous and safe production.Taking this as a starting point,this paper analyzed and probed into the optimization of anti-override trip technology of underground power supply system.Firstly,it made a comprehensive analysis of the operation principle of the anti-override trip,and on this basis,it put forward the optimization measures of the anti-override trip system,then made a comprehensive analysis of the structure of the optimized power supply system,and gave a comprehensive overview of the precautions to ensure the full and effective play of the anti-override trip protection function of the power supply system.The practical application shows that the optimized anti-override trip technology has a good effect,which not only greatly reduces the number of failures,but also significantly improves the effectiveness of power supply system operation and increases the compre-hensive benefits of the mine.
