摘要
空压机作为井下运行中的常见设备,常规操控中存在能耗高、启动冲击大等问题。以此为着手点,针对煤矿空压机变频调速系统优化开展设计探究,在分析常规空压机控制系统不足的基础上,提出基于PLC技术的变频调速系统,并从系统设计、硬件构成和软件设计三个方面对空压机变频调速系统开展全面分析,在能耗降低的同时实现了设备磨损的减小,延长了使用周期,实现了综合效益的提升。
As a common equipment in underground operation,air compressor has many problems,such as high energy consump-tion and large impact on startup.Taking this as the starting point,this paper carried out the design and exploration for the optimization of the variable-frequency speed control system of the air compressor in the coal mine.Based on the analysis of the shortcomings of the conventional air compressor control system,it put forward a variable-frequency speed control system based on PLC technology,and carried out a comprehensive analysis of the variable-frequency speed control system of air compressor from three aspects of system design,hardware composition and software design.The system reduced the energy consumption and realized the reduction of equipment wear,prolonged the use cycle and improved the comprehensive benefits.
